Zoho People is the HR module of a very large business software suite, and its strongest argument is usually that a company already runs on Zoho. Kyrospect is an early-access workforce platform built around a single identity holding both the employee record and the tracked workday.
Short verdict
Choose Zoho People when your company already runs on Zoho or needs a broad, mature HR suite. Choose Kyrospect when standalone transparent tracking connected to a people record is the narrower problem to solve.
Check zoho.com for current Zoho People plans. Kyrospect's early-bird pricing is public: Track Basic is free forever, Track Advanced is ₹50/seat/month, and HRMS is ₹10/seat/month excluding payroll, with the founder rate protected for 12 months from paid activation.

Tracking is not a module bolted to an HR product. It is half of what the platform is for, and it shares an identity with the other half.
Employees can see their own tracked activity, which is a design decision rather than an administrator setting.
Track Basic is free forever and standalone. Nothing else has to change for it to be useful.
We are in early access with no payroll, no exports and no integrations. All three are on the roadmap and named as not built.
The workday layer: time, activity, screenshots and optional location context, policy-controlled from Track Basic (free forever) up to Advanced+.
The people layer: employee records and team directory on the same login as Tracking. Organization structure is rolling out; several modules are still planned.
