Most software in this category is sold on a feature list that quietly blends what ships with what is imagined. This page is the opposite of that. Everything below is marked with where it actually stands, and nothing carries a date we cannot keep.
Works today in the beta product, backed by real data.
Partly shipped. Some teams or some platforms have it.
Designed and sequenced. Nothing works yet.
The people layer
The employee record is the foundation everything else depends on, so it was built first. The workflow modules on top of it are still ahead of us.
Create, update and archive employee records with status transitions and a full change history. Access to personal fields is permission-scoped.
Every person can see and maintain their own record, addresses and emergency contacts.
A shared workspace directory of members, departments and reporting context.
Departments, designations, locations, projects and legal entities. The data model is in place; the admin screens are still being built.
Punch in and out, shift records and a daily attendance register. Designed, not yet built.
Leave types, balances, approval flows and a holiday calendar. Designed, not yet built.
Joining checklists, document collection and structured exits. Designed, not yet built.
Deliberately last. Indian payroll carries statutory obligations we will not ship until the compliance work is genuinely finished.
The workday layer
Capture is the mature half of the platform. Reporting and export are the honest gaps, and they are the first thing beta teams ask about.
Clock in and out, active versus idle time, total tracked hours and daily summaries. Free forever on Track Basic.
Privacy-aware captures on a workspace-configured interval, stored encrypted. Interval options are tied to your plan.
Foreground application and window context, plus web activity when workspace policy enables it.
A workspace policy that blurs screen content on the employee's own machine before a capture is ever stored. It is an on or off control, not a content detector.
Network-based city, region and country context when policy enables it. Never precise device location.
Team members can review their own tracked activity rather than being monitored in the dark.
Signals that flag input patterns consistent with automation tools. Currently available on Windows only.
Downloadable records for billing, payroll and review. This is the most requested gap and is not built yet.
Retention windows can be configured today, but automatic deletion on that schedule is still being implemented.
Underneath both
Identity, access and everything that has to be true regardless of which product a workspace starts with.
One set of people and one access model across both products, so adding the second product does not mean setting everyone up again.
Owner and member roles ship as defaults, and workspace owners can define custom roles for anything in between.
Slack, project tools, calendars, payroll providers and a public API. None of these exist today. We are building the core first and will follow the beta's priorities.
Customer-managed SSO is not available today.
Three further products on the same workspace foundation. In development, and deliberately not competing for attention during the HRMS and Tracking beta.
The obvious questions
Beta teams do not just get early access. They get to move things up this list. If the gap that matters to you is on it, tell us and we will talk about sequence.
