Keka is an established Indian HR platform with a wide module set and years of production use. Kyrospect is an early-access workforce platform built around a narrower idea: one identity that holds both the employee record and the tracked workday, with a vendor that publishes what is not built.
Short verdict
Choose Keka when payroll, statutory compliance, and broad HR-suite depth are required now. Choose Kyrospect when the immediate problem is connecting an employee record to a transparent tracked workday, without buying a full suite.
Check keka.com for their current plans — SaaS pricing changes and we would rather send you to the source than quote a number that could be stale. Kyrospect's early-bird pricing is public: Track Basic is free forever, Track Advanced is ₹50/seat/month, and HRMS is ₹10/seat/month excluding payroll, with the founder rate protected for 12 months from paid activation.

The employee record and the tracked workday sit on the same login and the same workspace, rather than being joined by an integration or an export.
Every team member can view their own tracked activity by default, which makes the workday record a shared reference instead of a one-way report.
Track Basic is free forever and works standalone. Most teams start there and add the people layer when they need it, rather than buying a suite to solve one problem.
Our roadmap names what is not built — payroll, reporting exports, integrations — instead of listing everything as a capability and letting you discover the state on a call.
The workday layer: time, activity, screenshots and optional location context, policy-controlled from Track Basic (free forever) up to Advanced+.
The people layer: employee records and team directory on the same login as Tracking. Organization structure is rolling out; several modules are still planned.
Side by side
Based on publicly available information about Keka as of 2026-09-16. Vendor pricing and features change — confirm current details on Keka's own site before deciding. “Check vendor” means we could not confirm that capability from Keka's public pages; it may exist on some plans. Cells with a “source” link were checked against that vendor's own page on 8 October 2026.

Keka is a full HR suite with years of hardening behind it; Kyrospect is in early access with a deliberately smaller surface. We are not going to claim module parity we have not built. The structural difference is what the two products are organised around: Keka organises around the HR function, Kyrospect organises around one identity that holds both the employee record and the tracked workday, so a shift and a directory entry belong to the same person rather than to two systems that reconcile.
Captured activity data is stored encrypted
Owner, member, or a custom role you define
Every team member can view their own tracked activity
Kyrospect is invite-only during early access. If you need payroll or a full HR suite today, Keka is a reasonable choice and we will say so. If the problem is that your people record and your workday record live in two places, apply for early access.
