Every team member sees their own activity record — the same one their manager sees. Screenshot capture, privacy blur, URL and location activity are all set by visible workspace policy, not switched on silently.
Privacy blur reduces the legibility of screen content before a capture is stored. It is a single on/off setting controlled by workspace policy — there is no field-level password or credential detection, and no adjustable intensity.
Owner and member roles ship today, plus any custom roles a workspace owner defines. There is no separate region or country preset — policy is set per workspace.
