Solutions
Kyrospect runs HRMS and Tracking on one shared workspace identity — the people record and the workday, in one place, without hidden monitoring.
One workspace, two products
Every solution on this page is really the same platform applied to a different operating problem. Start with the layer your team needs first.
Employee and contractor records, self-service profiles, and a team directory, all on the same identity Tracking uses. Organization structure — departments, designations, locations and projects — is in beta; the record backend is real, and the admin screens are still being built.
See HRMSActive, idle and total time for free with Track Basic. Add screenshots, app and window activity, URL activity and optional location context on a paid plan, all policy-controlled and visible to the employee it belongs to.
See TrackingBuilt to be explained, not hidden
Owner and member roles ship today, plus any custom roles a workspace owner defines, so access to workforce records stays scoped and explainable.
Every employee can view their own tracked records. Nothing about their own activity is hidden from them.
Screenshot capture, privacy blur, URL and location activity are all set at the workspace level and disclosed — not switched on silently.

Tracking shows active, idle and total time per seat, updated continuously through the shift. HRMS holds the employee records behind those seats. Kyrospect does not generate automated SLA reports today — the shared dashboard is the record.
