Hubstaff is a mature, broad time-tracking platform with years of integrations, mobile apps and enterprise hardening behind it. Kyrospect is a private beta workforce platform built around a narrower idea: one login that connects Tracking to an HRMS people layer, with a vendor that says plainly what's shipped and what isn't.
Short verdict
Choose Kyrospect if you want Tracking paired with an HRMS people layer on one login, employee-visible activity, and a vendor that's upfront about what's still in beta. Choose Hubstaff if you need its established feature depth — exports, integrations, years of hardening — today, and don't need the HR layer yet.
Hubstaff's current plans and per-seat rates are published on hubstaff.com — check there directly, since tiered SaaS pricing changes and we'd rather send you to the source than quote a number that could be stale. Kyrospect's beta pricing is public: Track Basic is free forever, Track Advanced is ₹50/seat/month with a 10-minute capture interval, and HRMS is ₹10/seat/month excluding payroll — the founder rate is protected for 12 months from paid activation.
What Kyrospect brings
Tracking and HRMS share the same login and workspace. A directory entry and a tracked shift belong to the same person's record, not two disconnected tools.
Every team member can view their own activity record by default, turning monitoring into a shared reference instead of a one-way mirror.
Every workspace starts with Owner and member roles. You can also define custom roles — for contractors, team leads, or a narrower slice of access — without an enterprise sales process.
Hubstaff has mature reporting exports and a long integrations list. We don't have either yet — both are planned. We'd rather say that than imply parity we haven't earned.
The workday layer: time, activity, screenshots and optional location context, policy-controlled from Track Basic (free forever) up to Advanced+.

We're not going to claim a cryptography stack we haven't published, and we're not going to pretend our integrations catalog matches a decade-old product — it doesn't, yet. What's real today: captured activity data is stored encrypted, access is scoped by role (Owner, member, or a custom role you define), and every employee can view their own tracked activity. The structural difference isn't a security checkbox — it's that Kyrospect connects Tracking to an HRMS people layer on the same login, so the identity that clocks a shift is the same one that holds the employee record.
