Pricing questions
Yes. Track Basic remains free for active, idle and total time, shift hours, timesheets and basic reporting. You only pay when you add advanced tracking context or HRMS.
Selected beta teams can evaluate the platform for up to 60 days without a card. We confirm your plan, seats and renewal terms before paid activation.
The beta price is protected for 12 paid months. Before renewal, we show the applicable regular price and provide advance notice. You can change plans or return to Track Basic.
Advanced+ uses a 5-minute screenshot interval instead of 10 minutes, producing higher-frequency visual context and greater storage and processing usage.
No. The beta HRMS price covers HR capabilities released during the beta, excluding payroll. Track Basic is included at no additional charge.
