Kyrospect is an early-access workforce platform from an India-first team with two products on one login: HRMS (the people layer) and Tracking (the workday layer). This page is for HR managers deciding whether it fits their job today.
What you can do today
- Keep employee records with every change audited and personal fields permission-scoped (preview).
- Let employees maintain their own profile — addresses and emergency contacts (available).
- Model the organization — departments, designations, locations, projects and legal entities (preview; admin screens still being built out).
- Control access with Owner and member roles plus custom roles.
- Give Tracking a trusted people list: Track Basic (free) records shift hours and active and idle time for the same identities.
What is not there yet
Attendance and leave workflows, onboarding, document management and payroll are planned. Payroll is additionally gated on India statutory compliance work, so Kyrospect does not compute PF, ESI, professional tax, TDS or gratuity. If those are your urgent needs, keep your payroll provider. Status lives on the roadmap and features pages.
Questions HR managers usually ask
Will employees see what is tracked about them?
Yes. Every team member can view their own tracked records — the same data a manager reviews.
Can we limit who sees sensitive HR fields?
Personal fields are permission-scoped, and custom roles let you narrow access.
Does it help with statutory compliance?
Indirectly: clean joining dates, work locations and status changes are what compliance depends on. For the rules themselves, see our India HR compliance guides.
