Before a company hires its first HR person, the founder is the HR system. Records live in a spreadsheet, hours live in chat messages, and nobody is sure who has access to what. Kyrospect is built to be the first system that replaces that, without pretending to be a full HR suite on day one.
What to set up first
- One people list. Add employees once; HRMS and Tracking share it.
- Track Basic for everyone — clock in and out, active and idle time, shift hours. Free forever.
- Advanced tracking only where it is justified — client-billed or review-heavy roles — with a written notice. See what a monitoring notice should explain.
- Roles: keep Owner to the founders; use custom roles for team leads.
What it costs
Early-bird INR pricing is public on the pricing page: Track Basic is free forever, Track Advanced ₹50/seat/month, Track Advanced+ ₹75/seat/month and HRMS ₹10/seat/month, excluding payroll. The founder rate is protected for 12 months from paid activation.
The honest trade-offs
- It is early access and invite-only. Expect change and give feedback.
- No payroll, leave workflows or third-party integrations yet. Use a payroll provider for statutory deductions.
- Reporting exports are planned, not shipped.
A 30-day starting plan
- Week 1: write a one-page note explaining what will be tracked, for whom and why. Share it before installing anything.
- Week 2: add everyone to the people list and run Track Basic only. Check that shift hours match reality and fix records people flag.
- Week 3: decide whether any role needs screenshots or app context. If the reason is "just in case", it does not.
- Week 4: review what you learned with the team and adjust the policy. Keep what helped; drop what did not.
The aim is a records habit that survives your first HR hire, not a dashboard you check every hour.
Compliance you still own
