For IT Services Companies in India
Offshore delivery teams need both an accurate employee directory and a transparent record of the workday across shifts. Kyrospect runs HRMS and Tracking on one shared identity, with India-first founder pricing in INR during private beta.
Employee records, self-service profiles and reporting lines in HRMS, in beta today, on the same identity as Tracking.
Time tracking follows work sessions, not fixed office hours — fits day, night and rotating shifts across delivery centres.
Capture, blur, URL and location settings are visible workspace policy. Every engineer can see their own tracked record.
Beta pricing is India-first in INR, protected for the first 12 paid months. Track Basic stays free forever.
The recurring objection in offshore delivery is rarely about the work itself — it's "how do we know what we're being billed for?" A shared, policy-controlled record of active time and activity context gives your own delivery leads and account managers something concrete to review internally, instead of relying on informal status updates.
None of this is packaged into a client-facing export today — that capability is planned, not shipped. What it does give your own team is an internal, evidence-based record to work from.
Founder beta pricing is published in INR from day one, and the platform is designed around how Indian IT services and offshore delivery teams actually operate — shift-based work, distributed delivery centres, and a need for records that hold up to internal and client scrutiny alike.
Frequently asked
Yes. Kyrospect is in private beta with India-first founder pricing in INR, protected for the first 12 paid months. USD pricing is not published yet — see the pricing page for current numbers.
Kyrospect is designed to support privacy principles that DPDP and similar regimes care about — transparency, data minimization, role-based access, and giving every employee visibility into their own data. That does not make any customer deployment automatically compliant: your legal basis, employee notices and workspace configuration remain your responsibility.
Tracked time is connected to activity context — apps, URLs and privacy-aware screenshots on paid plans — plus automation-pattern signals in beta on Windows. That gives your own team reviewable evidence for internal delivery conversations. There is no client-facing export today; sharing anything externally is a manual, deliberate step you control.
A retention setting exists in the workspace today, but no automated purge job enforces it yet — treat that control as planned, not fully working, until we say otherwise.
Tracking follows work sessions rather than a fixed office schedule, so it fits day, night and rotating shifts across delivery centres. Team and reporting structure comes from HRMS, on the same shared workspace identity as Tracking.
