Kyrospect is priced per seat and built around a workspace — the same identity layer that runs HRMS and Tracking for teams. That makes it a genuinely good fit for a solo operator who wants their own record, or a two-to-five-person studio adding people. It is not built as a client-facing invoicing tool, and we'd rather say that up front than oversell it.

If what you need is a polished, client-ready proof-of-work bundle — hours, screenshots and activity packaged into an invoice attachment — that doesn't exist today. There are also no integrations with invoicing tools like Stripe, FreshBooks, Xero or QuickBooks. If that's the core reason you're evaluating a tracker, Kyrospect is not there yet.
A free, always-on record of active and idle time, with optional screenshots, apps, windows and URL context on paid plans — visible to you exactly as it is stored, with a workspace-level blur toggle for sensitive content. It is a personal system of record first, and a client deliverable second.

Not today. There is no PDF, CSV or shareable-link export of your tracked time, screenshots or activity — that capability is planned, not shipped. What exists today is your own workspace record: tracked hours, activity context and screenshots you can reference yourself when you write an invoice.
Privacy blur reduces the legibility of screen content before a capture is stored — it is a single on/off toggle, not field-level detection of passwords or banking sites, so treat it as a deterrent rather than a guarantee. You also control the capture interval and can pause tracking between sessions.
It can be, mainly as your own record. Having your own active/idle and activity history to look back on is useful when you are re-quoting similar work, even without a client-facing report.
