Graphic & Web Designer

Job overview

Kyrospect is building HRMS and transparent workforce tracking on one shared identity for growing teams. We are looking for a Graphic & Web Designer with 1-2 years of experience to design our marketing web pages and the screens of our web applications. You will turn product ideas into clear wireframes, polished visual designs and reusable components, and work side by side with our engineers so designs ship as intended.

Responsibilities

• Design web pages for the Kyrospect website (landing, product, pricing, blog layouts).
• Design screens and flows for our web applications (dashboards, forms, tables, settings).
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes in Figma.
• Build and maintain a consistent design system and component library.
• Create graphics for marketing, social media and product announcements.
• Hand over developer-ready designs and review the built screens with engineering.

What we are looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in web and UI design.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma (or an equivalent modern design tool).
• A portfolio showing web pages and app or dashboard screens.
• Good sense of layout, spacing, typography and colour.
• Understanding of responsive design for desktop and mobile.
• Clear communication and openness to feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience designing SaaS dashboards or B2B products.
• Figma auto layout, variables and component variants.
• Basic HTML/CSS or Tailwind knowledge.
• Illustration, icon or motion design skills.
• Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) basics.
